The port area is now part of the Greater Southern Waterfront Masterplan where interaction with the water is paramount. A form of Residential development with waterfront living shall be the main use of the proposal. Being in the tropical climate, indoor heat is the one aspect where users have fought through unsustainable means which is air conditioning. An alternative method of lowering the indoor temperature with the use of water will be the goal.
